To excel in all aspects of practice function and to produce an outstanding client and pet experience.
After working at EVP for 4+ years, and only moving on to pursue veterinary work overseas, I couldn’t have asked for a more incredible workplace to have been apart of. It is a testament to Steve, Gus & Amanda, as well as all the amazing vets, nurses & receptionists, for fostering a close-knit team who are supportive, work collaboratively & have strong integrity in the work we do. The clientele and their pets in Eltham are truly fantastic and I loved being able to form meaningful relationships with them every day. If you are looking for a busy GP practice where you will have good work-life balance, won’t be micromanaged, has a team of experienced vets & support staff who are always willing to lend a helping hand where needed, then l couldn’t recommend working at EVP highly enough!
I’ve worked as a locum at this clinic. Great group of supportive and experienced staff, exceptional clinic and nice clients. I’d go back in a heartbeat but I have other commitments.
This was my first veterinary job as a new graduate, and I learned a great deal in the four years I was at Eltham Vet Practice. The purpose built hospital is well equipped and maintained, with all the latest tech to support efficient and rewarding clinical work ups. Steve & Gus offer quite different skill sets, and are both great clinical and business mentors, supported by a highly skilled and cohesive nursing and reception team. One unique feature of this practice are the clients – they really are the very best, and make the veterinary work so enjoyable! The practice is also invested in continuing education for staff, and I especially appreciated the flexibility and support I received as I completed my Masters while working full time. Would recommend this practice to any new graduate or experienced vet.
